Gold Coast Builders Association has multiple purposes….our primary purpose is to lobby for suitable Government Regulations which will create a better climate for the building industry. As a member of the GCBA you're automatically a member of the Florida Home Builders Association (State) (FHBA), and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

FHBA is one of the most powerful trade associations in the state. With a strong voice for the home building industry statewide, FHBA promotes home ownership and fights legislation that would result in cost increases to the residential buyer.
