About GCBA's Young Building Professionals Group
The GCBA Young Building Professionals Group (YBPG) is the voice of young professionals in the building industry. Its purpose is to attract and retain young talent in the construction, building and related trades, as well as to get involved in every level of GCBA, FHBA, and NAHB. Through education, professional development, and networking opportunities, YBPG helps members acquire and develop invaluable leadership and business management skills that boost career success.
Who is GCBA’s YBPG?
GCBA’s Young Building Professionals Group (YBPG) is a network of like-minded young leaders in the building and construction industry. YBPG focuses on hosting networking, educational, and social events to engage and encourage the next generation of building professionals to become more involved and pursue leadership roles.
Note – GCBA YBPG members must be under the age of 45 at the start of their membership. In addition, YPBG members must be a member in good standing of GCBA.

Dedicated to empowering professional growth and building a pipeline of future leaders through networking, educational, personal and professional development opportunities.
